University of Florida departments and organizations may rent rooms at the UF Research and Academic Center (UFRAC). We are not currently renting rooms to non‐university groups; this may change in the future, so be sure to check back. Approval is contingent upon the availability and appropriateness of the proposed event.
The UFRAC can support events in size from 2 to 250 people. With a variety of spaces available, we can work with you to determine what rooms will fit your needs and will customize each layout based on the event’s requirements. Though the UFRAC does not have a food service supplier on-site, we have developed relationships with several local caterers, vendors, and restaurants that can serve any event held at the facility. All rooms are also equipped with state-of-the-art IT and video conferencing technologies.
