Rooms at the UF Research and Academic Center (UFRAC) may be rented by University of Florida departments, organizations and pre-approved non‐university groups. Approval is contingent upon availability and the appropriateness of the proposed event given the space requested.
The UFRAC can support events in size from 2 to 250 people. With a variety of spaces available, we can work with you to determine what rooms will fit your needs and will customize each layout based on the event’s requirements. Though the UFRAC does not have a food service supplier on-site, we have developed relationships with several local caterers, vendors and restaurants that can serve any event held at the facility. All rooms are also equipped with state of the art IT and video conferencing technologies.
